The 2009 vintage Mosel is 100% riesling vinified spatlese off dry and 8% ABV. Light , bright and high acidity this wine is well balanced with intense fruit and acidity. Aromatics of tropical fruit, ripe stone fruit, delicate white floral notes carry this wine into and through the senses with elegance and finesse. What a wonderful wine to enjoy with Thai, traditional Cantonese fare, Indian and Asian fusion dishes. Enjoy.

I am a complete Riesling fan, so this one from Germany is delicious, with the typical rubber/chemical notes, honey, light citrus and floral. The residual sugars are quite noticeable, but are countered by the high acidity and aromatics. Low alcohol (8%), so it can be served as an aperitif, with a meal of pork or sausages and incredible all on it's own. Value Riesling!

I have to admit that I love my Canadian Rieslings, but this German Riesling is delightful.

Classic aromas of petrol are present in this Riesling along with honey, red apple and some floral notes.

Flavours of ripe red apple and honey. Finishes with a zippy the honey taking over.

Try with a nice gouda cheese or blue cheese. The salt in theses cheese will contrast the sweetness of the wine.

Fantastic acidity and touch of spritz make this a tasty treat. Certainly can be enjoyed on it's own well chilled. Pale lemon green colour with intense aromas of honey, floral, peach, apricot and lemon meringue. Perfect on it's own as dessert or pair with fruit and nut tray. So elegant.

I love this very pretty German Riesling. Intense Honey, apple butter and lemon. Viscose but a nice balance of acidity. Pair with aged cheddar.
