Dennis rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Faint yellow tinge in the glass. Smells of rocks with hints of oak. Palate is sharp, big cut of acidity here. Dry, very dry. Nice and crisp. A bit of power on the finish. Shows young and could stand some time in bottle.

Natalie's Review

William Fevre Chablis 1Er Cru Chardonnay 2008, A.C., Burgundy, France: Vintages Wine Panel: William Fèvre has continued to push the envelope in terms of what it means to be a négociant and vineyard owner. Whether buying up the best lots, making quality wines or growing their own grapes, William Fèvre continues to win critical and customer acclaim. Featuring classic Chablis aromas of green apple, mineral and pear, this vibrant wine demonstrates an impressive harmony between its fruit and acidity. My note: Juicy green apple brightness with zesty mouth-watering action. Classic Chardonnay. Drink: 2011-2015. 169805 12% XD 750 mL  $29.95 Score: 90/100. August 6, 2011  Full Review

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
