Malivoire Bisous Brut Sparkling, Beamsville Bench, Niagara Escarpment, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: Malivoire Bisous Brut Sparkling is a flavoursome Chardonnay bubble from Beamsville Bench, Niagara Escarpment wine region. Toasty on the nose and palate with nutty, binned apple, mushroom, baked brioche and citrusy flavours on a fresh and persistent mousse, this flavoursome sparkler finishes long with baked bread and citrusy notes. Produced from 63% Chardonnay and 37% Pinot Noir grapes hand-harvested from the Moira and Mottiar sites of the Beamsville Bench. Drink: 2024-2030. 41977 12% D 750 mL $34.95 Score: 92/100.
