Elderton Ode To Lorraine Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz Merlot 2021, Barossa Valley, South Australia, Australia: Ode To Lorraine 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Shiraz and 4% Merlot red wine blend with grapes sourced from the Elderton Nuriootpa Estate in the Barossa Valley. Brilliant red in the glass, the wine is rich with aromas of dark plum, cassis, dark berry, baking spice, dark chocolate and savoury herb flavours elegant on the palate The wine was aged for 20 months in French oak puncheons.
