Deborah Podurgiel WSET IV Candidate rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

From TIME Family of Wines, Chronos Brut non-vintage is a delightfully fresh and zesty bubble made in the cuvée close method. Produced from 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir, each varietal was fermented separately with some lees stirring adding more structure and complexity to the wine.

Fragrant with fresh-cut green apple, lime zest and minerally aromas, dry, medium-bodied with a fine and zesty mousse of fresh apple, pear, peach, lime zest and a medium-plus-length finish on a toasty, lemon curd and mineral note. Very nicely grafted with great attention to detail. Enjoy chilled on its own for the holidays or pour with brunch and seafood dishes. Tasted November 2023.
Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Blended from 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir, this fresh bubbly is made in the Charmat method. Aromas of fresh green apple and zesty citrus, along with a slight floral hint. Fresh and vibrant on the palate with a persistent, fizzy bubble, and some tart and bright citrus notes on the palate. Enjoy with kettle cooked potato chips.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
