Clear yellow color with aromas of pineapple, apple, peach and lemon.
This Chardonnay is complex, buterry and full-bodied.
Serve it at 12-13 degrees.
Enjoyable now but can be aged 8-10 years.
Pair it with penne with mushrooms and old-style mustard or a salmon fillets, mushroom sauce, white wine and dill.

This beautiful Chardonnay is vibrant and so flavourful. Intense aromas of peach, pineapple, creamy lemon, honeysuckle, and apple with a touch of warm spice. Medium-full bodied, creamy and smooth on the palate, with lovely, balancing acidity, vibrant orchard and tropical fruit notes, mingled with a touch of warm spice and a slight note of minerality on the finish. Lovely! Enjoy with seared scallops.
