Fabiano Rugola Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2016, Veneto D.O.C.G., Italy: From the Veneto wine region, Fabiano Rugola 2016 Amarone Valpolicella Classico is an elegant, rich and concentrated blend of 40% Corvina, 30% Corvinone, 25% Rondinella and 5% Croatina wine grapes. Dark ruby in the glass with ripe red berry, cherry and balsamic aromas on the nose, the wine is dry, full-bodied and intense with liquid cherry, red berry, savoury herbs, chocolate and dark spice flavours finishing smooth and long on the palate.
