Fresh and flavourful. Aromas of green apple and golden pear with hints of saline minerality. Medium bodied on the palate, smooth and rich, with medium+ acidity, a creamy soft texture, ripe, rounded fruit notes with a crisp, clean finish. Wonderful balance, perfect for any fish or seafood dish, seasoned with citrus or mild spices.
