Deborah Podurgiel Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

On the Black Sage Bench in Oliver, British Columbia, vintner and family farmer Gina Fernandes Harfman combines her passion for winemaking with her family’s four generations of farming experience in the South Okanagan. Nostalgia Pinot Gris 2020 shows the terroir from which it is grown and is an elegant, low yield, dry, medium-bodied 100% PG with nicely balanced natural acidity. For the 2020 vintage, grapes were sourced from the winery’s Home Vineyard as well as Cassini and Nunes Vineyards. Grapes were hand-harvested and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to retain fruit freshness and natural acidity. Chill and enjoy this bright PG with flavours of ripe, white-fleshed stone fruit, fresh apple, and pear with a grilled pork tenderloin and pear compote. Tasted July 2021.

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Rex Pickett, Sideways

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
