Beautiful and fragrant. Aromas of black cherry and raspberry, along with hints of violets, earth, warm spice, cedar and leather. Medium nodied with some soft but drying tannins and mouthwatering acidity on the palate. Fruit flavours are concentrated and ripe and there is a lot of spice, cedar, tobacco and leather hints on a lengthy finish. Enjoy with any roasted or braised meats or rich, meaty pastas.
