A lovely BC Pinot Gris with a pale peach tint, fruity apple, tangerine nose and apricot and citrus palate with a hint of toasted nuts. Dry, juicy and refreshing. Pair with firm, washed rind cheese or lightly seasoned grilled salmon.

Rosy tinted wine with aromas of peach, mango, sweet lemon and lime, and what I call rhubarb compote. The wine is off dry, medium bodied, with medium plus acidity, and medium alcohol. The palate features a citrus pithiness, peach, mineral and that cooked rhubarb note. Very nice on its own; preferably summer and wonderful anytime with cheese fondue made with Gruyere and Emmental cheese.

A great expression of cooler climate pinot gris.

Quite pale in colour, with a bouquet of lime, green apple and a waft of alpine wildflowers.

Crisp on the palate, bursting with flavour of anjou pear, more green apples and honeyed peach.

This would pair well with asian noodle dishes and light curries.

Everything about this wine is pretty, from the coulour (the palest peach with a hint of pink), to the taste! Aromas of pear, honeysuckle, and melon. Light on the palate, with vibrant, mouthwatering acidity, and ripe rounded pear and peach notes, with hints of zesty grapefruit and a touch of minerality on the palate. The finish is long and leaves you wanting to try another sip! Enjoy with light summer salads, or on a sunny patio with appetizers.

Pale rose gold in colour with aromas of white grapefruit, peach , melon and honeysuckle. It is medium bodied with mouth watering acidity and has flavours of white grapefruit and peach that lead into a long citrus finish. This is pair well with soft white cheeses and seafood. Tasted on June 18, 2021.
