Personally I would buy this wine no matter what because my family cottage is on Sand Point (in Nova Scotia not California, but oh well), however as a bonus it is very easy drinking and I think a crowd pleaser for a BBQ summer wine. Aromas of red currants and cherries, with notes of mocha and smoke. Medium to full bodied, with some light tannins, medium acidity, and more subtle fruit, mocha, cigar box, and a touch of vanilla and spice. Enjoy with grilled sausages or ribs.

The Sand Point 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is a well made and delicious California wine. The wine shows aromas of black plum, red currant, violet, clay dust, leather, vanilla and oak. Full-body, well layered tannins, soft acidity and a round and seductive finish. Great with a steak dinner. Palate: jam, ripe cherry, red bell pepper, graphite, mocha, cigar box and oak. Delicious wine. Enjoy!
