Lovely and refreshing. Aromas of white peach, apple and lemon zest. Bright, fizzy and refreshing, with bright acidity, and a nice balance of ripe and tart fruit with a hint of minerality. Enjoy as a great apperitif, would complement a variety of different appetizers.

The palate is light to medium-bodied, dry and crisp with fine bubbles and vibrant acidity that lead to a clean, refreshing finish at around 12% alcohol. This style delivers joyful fizz and pure fruit character with a playful, easygoing personality.
