B'day dinner for me on holiday Monday, Aug 1,2022.
Tom, Maureen, and I imbibing. Malbec deserves a better setting for drinking but we had steaks, mushrooms, baked potatoes, etc.
Atmosphere was not conducive to enjoying the bottle...lesson learned.
Rated a 90 but that may be tainted by the setting. Oh well!

This quite smooth, dry Argentine red is an intensely black fruited Malbec intermingled with vanilla, cedar, herbs, and barrel smoke ending with a longish finish. It’s very good and would make a superb accompaniment to your cheese and charcuterie board.
