A great priced sparkling for the holiday season. A lot of care and time went into this blend of Chardonnay (49%), Pinot Noir (47%) and Pinot Meunier (4%). Hand picked, fermented individually and aged for three years. Aromas of white stone fruit, meyer lemon, apple and a hint of brioche. Crisp acidity and a persistent perlage. The apple and lemon are also prevalent on the palate.
Paired this bubbly with a charcuterie and cheese plate where it was the perfect foil for the Adoray cheese .

Perfectly festive, this wine is a wonderful aperitif or party starting wine. This sparkler uses a dosage of icewine for a lovely sweet note that is balanced with some vibrant acidity and vibrant fizzy mousse. Aromas of lemon, apricot and honey. Enjoy with any appetizers or enjoy for a celebratory toast!
