Lori Kilmartin WSET3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A great priced sparkling for the holiday season. A lot of care and time went into this blend of Chardonnay (49%), Pinot Noir (47%) and Pinot Meunier (4%). Hand picked, fermented individually and aged for three years. Aromas of white stone fruit, meyer lemon, apple and a hint of brioche. Crisp acidity and a persistent perlage. The apple and lemon are also prevalent on the palate.
Paired this bubbly with a charcuterie and cheese plate where it was the perfect foil for the Adoray cheese .

Jackson-Triggs' 2016 Entourage Grand Reserve 'Finished with Icewine" Sparkling Wine - combines premium Canadian sparkling wine with a sweet dose of luscious Icewine to produce an incredibly fresh and succulent sparkling wine that's guaranteed to be enjoyed for any occasion. The generous Icewine dosage is front and center on the nose and palate, with sweet stone fruit, tropical fruits, and honey persisting on the long textured finish. All the benefits of a premium Sparkling Wine cocktail without the hassle, this impressive wine pairs beautifully with rich and crispy hors d'oeuvres, fruit based desserts, or on its own. Serve well chilled and enjoy 2021-2025. Tasted January 2021. 91 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca

Perfectly festive, this wine is a wonderful aperitif or party starting wine. This sparkler uses a dosage of icewine for a lovely sweet note that is balanced with some vibrant acidity and vibrant fizzy mousse. Aromas of lemon, apricot and honey. Enjoy with any appetizers or enjoy for a celebratory toast!

Jackson-Triggs Entourage Sparkling 2016, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: A lovely, medium-sweet sparkling wine from Jackson Triggs! Persistent bubbles and refreshment, with the added lusciousness of a splash of Vidal icewine added to the wine after two years of aging en tirage. Pair with glazed ham and apricot chutney.
