Made in the traditional method from 100% Chardonnay grown in limestone-clay rich soils, and has spent 60 months on its lees. On the nose, bruised apple, fresh baguette, almond, and delicate sweet spice. Creamy on the palate with plenty of delicate bubbles, a wonderful mouthfeel, lemony tartness, and mineral notes seeping through.

Wine-Food Pairing: So versatile and great on its own. I would love this with seafood fettuccine alfredo, quiche, or with salty fried appetizers.
