Christian Marcoux rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Chateau Du Breuil 2014, a Cru Bourgeois from Haut-Medoc, shows quality and drinkability. On the nose: black cherry, black plum, tobacco leaf, charcoal, spice and cedar. Crafted from 54% Merlot, 43% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Petit Verdot, the wine reveals a medium body, well integrated tannins and a pleasant dry finish. Palate: cherry, blueberry, bay leaf, leather, baking spice and cedar. Enjoy!
Linda Mertes WSET 2 rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

A medium-bodied blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Verdot, this Bordeaux wine has been aged since 2014 and has an earthy palate. Well-balanced with medium acidity and tannins and a dry finish. Decant or age further. Pair with beef. Tasted February 2020.
Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This Merlot dominated blend reminds me why I am partial to Haut-Médoc. This is a fine example with a classic nose of dusty roses over restrained fruit. It is full-bodied and intense although there is a slight suggestion of candied cherry on the palate. Otherwise nicely balanced with soft tannins on the finish. Serve with beef stew now or hold another couple of years. Tasted February 2020. www.thewineloverskitchen.com

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
