Ripe and richly flavoured. Aromas of cherry, smoky oak, leather and spice. Medium bodied and medium+ acidity with bit of heat from the alcohol. Lots of ripe cherry hints and some leathery spice on the finish. Enjoy with grilled mushrooms or grilled pork.

This is a statement Pinot Noir- most aspects are a bit' bigger than life' - deep in colour; high in alcohol; on the heavier end of medium bodied. Black cherry on the nose and slightly candied palate. Deep red opaque colour which is most untypical for a Pinot. The nose is forthcoming with soft cherry and blackberry. A very easy drinking, palate pleasing wine without much complexity. Well made with clean flavours. Lacks a certain Pinot typicity. Try it with a pork belly and calamari paella.
