Smoky, fruity and floral! Aromas of blackberry, plum, violets, cedar smoke and a hint of leather. Full bodied with firm tannins, fruit is fresh and ripe on the palate, with more floral and smoky hints on the finish. Acidity is bright and balances the bold flavours and tannin. Decant at least an hour and enjoy with prime rib.

Château Le Puy Emilien 2015, Côtes De Bordeaux - Francs, Bordeaux A.C., France: A terrific Bordeaux from the Right Bank that leads with Merlot and Cabernet. The wine is aged 24 months in oak barrels.
