Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A bevy of vibrant peachy aromas, tangelo, pear, saline, brine, lanolin and light petrol on the nose. Flavours are quite refreshing and showcase orange citrus, green apples, slate minerals and delicate lead driven touches of pencil shavings. (in a good way!) Delightfully dry with bright, crisp acidity, and a medium body. Citrus and melon tones also linger and meet a clean finish. This is a drier Riesling, and will pair nicely with a variety of foods. Try with fish and chips, egg rolls, shrimp tempura or sushi dishes. Enjoy! - tasted January 2022
Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Quite floral with citrus blossom and honeysuckle off the hop, followed by lime, lime candy, honey, highly ripe green apple, and the first hints of petrol. A dry and zesty Riesling with a little pleasant texture on the palate. Good flavour with potent floral and tropical fruit notes persisting through the long finish. Cave Spring Cellars perennially produces strong Riesling up and down their portfolio, and this is no exception. Enjoy with fish and shellfish, roast chicken and turkey, and grilled pork dishes.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
