Great typicity in this young Chardonnay from Chablis. It exhibits lemon, ripe apple, and citrus blossom aromas over minerality and wet stone. Extra dry, crisp and fresh, this belongs on the table next to baked brie or fresh shellfish.

This is a departure from the lean, savoury Chablis profile. This one has a light, fruity nose of lychee and candied pineapple. Light bodied and mildly fruity. Well balanced and elegant. Serve with soufflé. Tasted June 2019. www.thewineloverskitchen.com
