Cherie Cole rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Light, crisp and refreshing, this Bordeaux blend consists of 68% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Semillion, 2% Muscadelle. Showcasing citrus, honey and delicate floral notes with a long, citrus finish. Pair with pan seared white fish. Tasted June 2019.

68% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Semillion, 2% Muscadelle
This nicely priced white stands as a testament that great Bordeaux blends aren’t always red. Sourced from 3 distinct subregions the lively acidity allows wet stone, mixed with grapefruit, white pepper, and spring honeysuckle to show thru straight to the lengthy apricot and white peach finish. Enjoy with friends this summer on its own or lemon drenched scallops, gently drizzled with creamy dill sauce.
Kristin Perrin rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Lemony-snicket, rich, round mouthfeel, light to medium-bodied, slightly floral, steely, minerally and crisp all at the same time!
Versatile, and perfect for summer! Fish, poultry, rich buttery seafoods would scream for this - but so would a punchy vinaigrette-based salad. Or creamy, tangy goat cheese. Either way, I'm IN!
Somm4All WSET 3 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

In our market the word Bordeaux may be synonymous with red wines, however, the region is also home to quality white wine making, The area between the both the Garonne & Dordogne rivers is known as Entre-Deux-Mers, where Sauvignon Blanc and Semillion grapes have been blended together for hundreds of years. This offering from Mouton Cadet showcases aromas of light grass, grapefruit, lime zest, ripe peach, floral, gooseberry and wildflower honey. The palate is medium-light in body with flavours in-line with the nose plus a little minerality and salinity and balanced mouth-watering freshness. It has some body to it, but does not come across as “clunky”. Versatile enough to be enjoyed with a shrimp cocktail or lightly grilled chicken brochette.
Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Light, vibrant and refreshing. This Bordeaux blend consists of 68% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Semillon, and 2% Muscadelle, grown on primarily clay-limestone soils. Balanced and very food friendly, there are notes of white peach, grapefruit, and lime zest, with a hint of minerality and some bright acidity. Enjoy with salads or any light seafood dishes.
Cora Beaulieu rated this wine as 84/100 with the following review:

Appearance is a light golden straw in colour. Great dry white wine from Bordeaux, with lemon, apricot, floral and sweet honey aromas on the nose. Delicate, subtle flavors of subdued grapefruit and lemongrass. Crisp, dry texture and satisfying acidity. Light grass and citrus finish. Great for a casual wine drinking night with friends. Moreover, great value for the money. PS. The Shore Club served "Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail with hot horseradish cocktail sauce." A match made in heaven.
Christian Marcoux rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Such a refreshing and well made white wine, the Mouton Cadet Blanc 2018 is made from 68% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Semillon and 2% Muscadelle. The wine’s light body offers delicious flavors of green apple, lime, orange zest, salt and green herbs. Great for summer-sipping or with sea food. Enjoy. Tasted at Mouton Cadet, Ottawa tasting June 2019.
Matt Steeves rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

The Bordeaux white is a crisp, fruity, and refreshing blend of Sauvignon Blanc (68%), Semillon (30%), and Muscadelle (2%). Tart citrus fruit, hay, and lees on the nose and palate. It's bone dry with refreshing citrus persisting on the finish making it ideal to enjoy with creamy seafood dishes. Tasted June 2019. 88 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
