Linda Mertes WSET 2 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A Cabernet Sauvignon blend from Napa Valley, this full-bodied red opens with blackberry aromas and herbs. Earthy and dark berries on the palate with hints of sweet spice. This wine can be aged or decant for several hours to soften the tannic structure. Beef would be the ideal pairing.
Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Delightful light tones of mint and garrigue greet you on the nose and move to concentrated bramble and blackberry notes on the palate. Nicely balanced, smooth with a long, delicious finish. All around elegant and delightful. Enjoy in its own or serve with rich stews. Tasted Nov 22, 2019 www.thewineloverskitchen.com
Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Amazing wine from an historic winery on Napa along the Silverado Trail. Aromas of ripe blackberry,.dark cherry and plums, along with hints of mocha, graphite, dried herbs and warm spice. Full bodied with structured tannins, and balancing acidity. The finish is lengthy and the mocha and ripe fruit carry through. Enjoy with prime rib or a beautifully marbled steak.
