Craig Haynes rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Spice and cherries introduce this elegant red, with beautifully in synch flavours of raspberry, earth and smoke. Medium bodied with supple tannins and a long fruity finish, this 2016 offering from small volume producer Queenston Mile Vineyard is classified as VQA Niagara Peninsula. Will bring joy by the glass or with BBQ. Enjoy.
Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Blended from Syrah, Merlot and Gamay, this is a tasty and versatile blend with aromas of blackberry, plum, dried herbs and smoke. Full bodied, smooth on the palate, with medium+ acidity, black fruit and dried herb notes. Enjoy with roast beef or mushroom dishes.
Pamela Chiles rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Although it is one of Niagara's newest wineries, Queenston Mile has an experienced winemaking team, including winemaker Rob Power. Their 2016 Red is a blend of Syrah, Merlot and Gamay. Nose is a big hit of fruitiness; medium-bodied with a firm tannic structure that would make this wine fantastic paired with a juicy burger or steak. Tasted April 2019.
Paula Bernardino rated this wine as 94/100 with the following review:

I discovered this winery at the Taste Ontario event in Ottawa April 3, 2019. Their red is an interesting combination of cabernet, gamay and merlot and the result in the mouth is WOW! One of my favourite red at the event. I would pair it with grilled Portuguese chicken.
