Deep ruby colour with full smoky aromas and flavours of blackberry, dark juicy fleshy plum, fresh green leaves and white pepper at the back. Acidity is medium plus - on the higher side but well balanced. Flavourful and full. Tannins are velvety without too much grip. Pair with lamp chops and herbed pork tenderloin. 90 points - tasted November 2018

A delicious South Australia Shiraz showing lots of dark fruit, pepper, tarry oak and dark chocolate. Roast lamb or prime rib are sure matches.

This wine is utterly delightful, with lots of tarry black briar, plum, Kenya AA coffee, singed herb, crushed purple flowers, menthol, and warm spice. Pair with ribeye. 92 Points.
