Very flavourful! Aromas of fresh raspberries, cherry and currant, along with hints of mocha and woodsmoke. Full bodied on the palate with balancing acidity, light tannins, and ripe, fresh berry notes, with the mocha and smoke carrying through on the finish. Enjoy with grilled italian sausages.

Made using a combination of grapes from the Angove Nanya Organic Vineyard near Paringa Township and other certified organic vineyards. Intense shade of dark red, this Cab leads with ripe blackcurrant and black cherry aromas followed up with plum and cocoa. Ripe and full-bodied while maintaining acidity and freshness, expect flavours of cassis with hints of smoke and cocoa between moderate and round tannins. Top value Cab Sauv that will match lamb chops, burgers, and charcuterie quite nicely.
