Produced by Canada's first biodynamic winery, this chardonnay from Ontario's Niagara Peninsula appellation shows appealing aromas of green apple, pear, lemon and peach. Medium bodied and features pleasing notes of apple, pear and minerality on the palate.

Nice power behind this Chardonnay with a bit of charred oak and popcorn on the nose and palate. Caramel notes.
Jennifer Carter rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Fuller bodied, lightly oaked chardonnay. Smells a little dusty, and yet like caramel, apple and honeysuckle.
Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Yellow fruit, white flowers and fresh clover notes. Also a hint of dried sandy stones. Flavours are bright with earthy yellow plums, yellow bell peppers, almond skins and soft dried flowers. Acidity is high, with a full plush mouthfeel showing sandy minerals and scallions. Pair with buttered scallops and pate. 89 points - tasted November 2018

Palate: limey, appley, buttered toast, minerally, freshness with medium to full body mouthfeel
Pair with: poultry dishes, shellfish, mild semi-firm cheeses
