Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

A Compendium of flowers, flavours and a fruit forward feel. A blend comprised of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc from Mission Hill in the Okanagan Valley. Berries were selected from distinct blocks from three of their vineyards to add into this artistically crafted wine. There is an abundant bouquet featuring blackcurrants, cassis, stewed fruits, blueberries, leather and smoke driven spices. Flavours compile together a foray of flavour - ripe blackberries, boysenberries, black cherries and dark chocolate. There is a divine touch of woody tobacco also showing that begs to go sit outside and engage in a deep conversation with a loved one. Full bodied and perfectly balanced. Pair with venison steaks, rich cheeses, a cigar and a riveting game of chess. 93 points - tasted July 2018

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
