This fruit-forward California Cabernet Sauvignon showcases ripe dark plum, blackberry, cassis and blueberry jam on the nose and palate. Full bodied with firm tannins, this wine would pair well with southern bbq or grilled burgers. Tasted July 15, 2018.

Dark Ruby in colour with aromas of plum, blackberry, ripe strawberry and oak. It is medium to full bodied with medium acidity and some grippy tannins. On the palate it has flavours of plum, ripe red fruit and black pepper. This will pair great with BBQ’s ribs or streak. Tasted on July 15, 2018.
Craig Kuziemsky rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Black fruit notes on the nose with plum, toasted oak and vanilla on the palate. Finishes with tannins that are a bit chewy. Pair with beef stew. Tasted July 2018.
