Stephen Andrews reviewed this wine as follows:

Tasted June 15th, 2018. Colour light pink almost clear. Legs medium minus. Aromas and flavours of delicate strawberry, raspberry, hints of flowers. Taste, dry, light bodied, mouthwatering, refreshing succulent fruit, balanced alcohol and flavour. Finish pleasant and enjoyable. Wow a very nice drinking experience. A special occasion wine in my opinion because of the price. To be fair lots of cost and care goes into producing this wine. I paired the wine with a delicate bbq cedar planked salmon. I was pleased to have the wine follow every bite as it complemented the salmon flavour.
Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Delicate and powerful in the same glass? It's possible when you try this famous and extremely popular Provence rosé. Blended from Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle (also called Vermentino), Syrah and Tibouren, this wine is delicately pink in the glass but the aromas pack a punch. Field strawberry, grapefruit, blood orange, and some apple blossoms. Dry, quite fruit forward on the palate with the strawberry notes really coming through with a bite of grapefruit on the mid-palate. Mouthwatering acidity balances everything and lengthens the finish. This is a premium wine just perfect for sipping by the water on a warm summer evening, or maybe with some prosciutto wrapped figs before dinner. Also great with any seafood. Tasted May 2018.
Jon Steeves rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Bright and shiny, pale pink, dry, refreshing with crisp mouthwatering acidity. Medium finish with persistence of blood orange, and a hint of grapefruit. Pairs well with roast poultry or a light Quinoa salad with sliced chicken. Tasted 2017 vintage in May 2018. 90 points

Natalie's Review

Caves d'Esclans Whispering Angel Rosé 2017, Côtes de Provence A.C., France: This rosé has been deservedly popular in the wine store, even though it is one of the most expensive rosés on the shelf. Lovely pale ballet slipper huse in the glass of this French rosé with bone dry mouth-watering acidity. Aromas of field strawberries. Surprisingly robust for Provence which tends to be very light. Good balancing acidity and dry finish. Perfect for planked salmon or roast chicken. Drink: 2018-2020. 325076 13% XD 750 mL  $29.95 Score: 92/100. March 16, 2019 Top Rated Rosé Wine.
