Deborah Podurgiel Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Wow! This Cabernet Franc have character. Dry, full-bodied with dark plum compote, ripe dark berries, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg spice, earthy florals, sweet tobacco, savoury herb and dark chocolate flavours on the palate. Finishes long and spicy with a peppery finish. From a warm vintage (14.6% abv) this Cabernet Franc demands attention and a grilled steak. We paired it with a grilled petit tendre.

The Hardman family have been farming the clay cliffs above the village of Naramata for almost 100 years. Originally, it was a fruit orchard then replanted in vinifera grapes. Will Hardman is the winery’s fourth generation winemaker.
Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Lovely balance of fruit and spice. Aromas include raspberry, black plum, violet, warm baking spices and a hint of tobacco smoke. Medium bodied, bright fruit on the palate, along with dried herbs, smoke, and a hint of leather. Enjoy with grilled pork or lamb.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
