Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Pale garnet coloured with cherry, smoke, and earth on the nose alongside lovely leaves and red flowers. Flavours reveal red plums, cola, pomegranates and bing cherries. Organic and medium bodied with light silky tannins and medium plus, delectable acidity. Pinot love! Enjoy this with seared trout and asparagus.

The warmer vintage has delivered some ripeness, balance and a touch of class. It has a soft, gentle and quite complex nose of fresh cherry, woodsy notes, spice and subtle vanillin. It's medium weight, initially rounded and fresh then trailing into some tannic astringency, a hint of acetone and earthiness on the finish. The length is very good but I wanted more, partially because the fruit and other flavours are appealing. Give this another two years. I am finding that Tawse pinots need some time to unlock. Last tasted March 2017.

Natalie's Review

Tawse Growers Blend Pinot Noir 2015, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: Fleshy ripe cherry aromas and flavours on the palate of this mouth-watering Pinot Noir. A lovely, medium-bodied, smooth Niagara red wine made from the classic Pinot Noir grape. Lots of ripe fruit on this vintage. Fleshy ripe black plum aromas on the nose with cedar spice. Could also cellar for a few years. Very respected winemaker. Pair with roast chicken. Drink: 2018-2022. 130989 13% D 750 mL  $25.95 Score: 91/100. April 14, 2018 Top Rated Red Wine. There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
