Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as
89/100 with the following review:
Pretty salmon color in the glass - the flavors are wonderful and plentiful showing field strawberry, cranberry, sweet cherry, tangerine, candy apple and pink grapefruit. There is a great acidity and although you can sip on this wine alone it would compliment crostini with smoked salmon, fresh dill and capers.
Jon Steeves rated this wine as
91/100 with the following review:
This rosé is showing crisp, tight, tart, savoury, well structured, medium plus acidity, bursting aromatics of rose petal and wild strawberry. On the palate, a long finish with persistence of wild strawberry and tart rhubarb. Pairs well with sliced strawberry summer salads, cranberry goat cheese and sips easily without food. Great for brunch, lunch, patio or cottage gatherings. Tasted 2016 vintage in March 2018. 91 points

Beautiful ruby coloured wine with raspberry and strawberry on the nose. Slight effervescence, off-dry with citrus (lime), raspberry and rhubarb. Some bitterness on the finish.
Great wine to serve with dessert or spicy food.

A bright bouquet showing vanilla strawberry yogurt, raspberry sorbet and watermelon. Flavours are spicy, showing cocoa dusted cherries, peach skins and apples. Hints of yellow plum, lemon zest and herbal chive heat at the end. High acidity with a light body and crisp finish. Pair with cream cheese dill finger sandwiches. 88 points - Tasted March 2018

Rich salmon pink hue in the glass, aromas of melon and white cranberries with a persistent zesty citrus mouth.
A beautiful marriage of mostly Cabernet Franc and Pinot Meunier.
Wonderful with seafood dishes or Greek salads.
Tasted March 2018.

A refreshing, easy-to-drink rosé.…
Presentation: A classy yet free-spirited label
Appearance: Medium salmon
Nose: Light nose with strawberries, tangerine, watermelon, honeydew melon
Taste: Full body, high acidity, low tannins, sweet citrus rind, minerals (limestone) and asparagus
Finish: light mineral finish
Overall impression: A refreshing rosé. Makes us want to be outside on a patio on a summer’s evening sipping this wine with a group of friends. Pair it with antipasti, salads, and light grilled fare.
Value: 2.5/5
Greg Hughes rated this wine as
90/100 with the following review:
This limited release wine, from the famed premium line of the Andrew Peller group, only had a production of less than 500 cases. It is one of those wines you have heard about but it sells so fast. As usual, it is Cabernet Franc (42%), with Cab Sauv (14%), Merlot (6%), but this year also sees a healthy dose of 38% Pinot Meunier (which adds amazing depth). It is a pretty concentrated effort with more oomph than previous vintages. This is a dry, full flavoured rose.
It has a beautiful coppery-pink hue. That is, mostly pinkish red, but with orange and gold hues.
The aromas are pretty upfront. Orange peel, sour cherry, macerated strawberry and vanilla too.
On the palate, it has great texture and length. This either received a bit of extended skin contact or perhaps even barrel time. It almost has tannin. Not harsh, though. Perfectl balanced. Red apple skin, cranberry, strawberry, slight smokiness, and a crisp finish. Stellar!
This wine would be great with tuna tartar or laketrout on the barbecue. It might even improve for a couple of years. More gutsy than most rosés.
