Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

This is a full bodied Argentinian wine from Mendoza. This wine has won some prestigious recognition from both Wine Spectator and Wine & Spirits Magazine. There are lots of well integrated flavors on the palate - plum, cherry, blackberry, earth, cassis, toasty oak and dark chocolate. Well balanced with notable ripe tannins and a lengthy, elegant finish. Tasted November 2017.
Ghislain Lalonde rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

?Maipú, Mendoza, Argentina $19.95 (128629) 14.1% alcohol
Well paced, well priced and well… delicious. Dark berry fruit, mocha and baking spice introduce a balanced, fruity river of black plum, dark cherry and bramble berry interlaced with mint and ripe, somewhat chalky, tannin. It’s medium-plus weight with smooth mouthfeel, persistent purity of fruit and oodles of charm. Pours well on its own or paired with grilled burgers or steak. Drinking now and on to 2022. Jon Steeves rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Crowd pleasing, accessibly priced Argentinian Cab Sauv. Big mouthwatering acidity, juicy, big fruit, medium plus tannins. Paired well with beef ragout. Tasted 2013 vintage in Nov 2017. 90 points. #Bespoketastings
