Elizabeth Vickers rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Finally uncorked on Father's Day 2020 (June 21st). Kat and Tom over for late afternoon BBQ of steaks,
baked potatoes, asparagus, caesar salad, rolls and cheese...and ET's rhubarb, apple, strawberry crumble
for dessert. And the big surprise - an announcement of TNG!!!!!
The Zin was a great hit for ET, Tom, Maureen, and I (Kat practicing abstinence). Like good troopers we
downed the 1.5 l bottle. Aged well, and definitely deserving the 91 score I gave it.
Melanie Lloyd rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This zinfandel is garnet coloured and has aromas of strawberry, vanilla, honey, sous-bois and a hint of leather. On the palate, we find red berries and a touch of wood. It is a medium bodied wine with vibrant acidity. Tasted October 2017

Ravenswood Old Vine Vintners Blend Zinfandel 2014, California, United States: This is the magnum format of this popular wine, equivalent to two regular (750 ml) sized bottles. Great for parties. A beautifully textured and full-bodied Californian Zinfandel that's smooth and supple. Perfect for grilled meats with its dark cherry flavours. The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
