Divine complex aromatics of cassis, black plum, vanilla, leather, cedar and anise. The palate is satiny smooth with flavours of cassis, tanned leather, licorice and vanilla bean. A full-bodied, well-structure Syrah Grenache blend hailing from Southern France. A delicious pair with braised sirloin. Tasted June 2017 by @sommsosa / bespoketastings.ca
