Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A most enjoyable Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, located in the northeast of the south island of New Zealand. Refreshing flavors of lemon, lime, grapefruit and fresh garden herbs dominate the palate with a lengthy flavors of lemon peel on the finish. Enjoy on its own or with sauteed shrimp skewers. Tasted December 2017.
Stephen Andrews reviewed this wine as follows:

Tasted June 28th 2017. Colour medium yellow, thin and quick legs. Aromas, passionfruit, lime, gooseberry, green bell pepper, lemon grass, green herbs. Taste medium fruit, very light body, minus medium dry, medium minus acid, overall a nice easy to drink wine approachable. Paired with New Zealand Geen Mussels and Riggiano cheese flakes. Green Mussels available at T&J seafoods in Waterloo Ont.

Kono Sauvignon Blanc 2015, Marlborough, South Island, New Zealand: Produced by Maori descendants, the first inhabitants of New Zealand (Aotearoa), this zesty, fresh New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc has classic aromas of freshly cut grass, chives and gooseberry. Lots of lime aromatics on the fresh finish. Pair with vegetarian dishes. Drink: 2017-2018. 441394 13% XD 750 mL  $18.95 Score: 90/100. June 24, 2017 Best Value White Wine. There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
