Granny Smith apple dominant profile with wet stone minerality. Beautiful, crisp, clean and bright. 12.5% ABV. Pair with roast chicken, turkey dinner, roast pork, summer salads. Tasted 2013 vintage In May 2017. 90 points. Great value.
