Heady aromas of juicy red apple, pear, and hints of petrol transform into a zippy lime finish. Ultra dry finish, not to be confused with sweeter Rieslings. Perfect as an evening opener, with a variety of appetizers or fresh salads.
Tasted Sept 2017.

Refreshing and crisp, with a lot of zesty lemon and tart green apple on the palate. Nice and dry, mouthwatering acidity. Perfect to pair with oysters, scallops or any seafood.
