Greg Hughes rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This sparkling comes from the Stellenbosch district; one of the better known touring destinations for wine in South Africa. It sits at the feet of the imposing Drakenstein mountain chain, which bend around the tip of the African continent. This wine is an excellent value. It's traditionally made, like Champagne, and has been precellared to provide maximum enjoyment at release (already seven years old).
The bubbles are small and somewhat persistent. Bubbles become less aggressive as a wine ages.
The colour is a burnished red - some burnished orangeness to the rim.
Aromas of fresh strawberry, orange, flake pastry, and nectarine.
The palate still has some great acidity, as well as more primary fruit flavours than expected.
Loads of orange, cherry, strawberry, rhubarb, buttered pastry, and a touch of funky rancio/sherry.
Though this sparkling is old enough to be in gradeschool, it still has lots of lovely fresh fruit to offer up. This wine would be a steal at twenty bucks. Put it alongside some fresh crab at a summer crab bale, or maybe with paella. Still has a few years left, but drink it before 2020.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
