Melanie Lloyd rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This bright garnet coloured Pinot Noir is earthy with aromas of sour cherries and red berries, as well as wet cedar and forest floor characteristics.

Sour cherries and notes of cedar follow through on the palate as well as some dark berries and subtle hints of cacao. This wine has velvet tannins and a crisp acidity. This would pair nicely with pork in a mushroom sauce, veal, or with duck.

The Henry of Pelham Pinot Noir 2012 features aromas and flavours of cherry, raspberry, and spice. This light to medium bodied wine has a pleasantly long finish - great value! Tasted November 2016 (89/100)
Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A lovely pale ruby colour on this wine, but still with intensity. Aromas are cherry, strawberry, smoke and warm spice. Palate is bright, nice acidity, smooth tannin, and some earthy and savory notes mingled with tart cherry. Very nice, perfect with pork or mushroom dishes. (January 2017)
Jane Staples rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A delicious Pinot Noir made from hand-picked grapes from some of the oldest estate vineyards in the Short Hills Bench Appellation, situated on Niagara's south facing slope. Like a beautiful woman, this PN is both delicate and complex, revealing aromas and flavours of cherry, raspberry, sweet spices of cloves, cinnamon and milk chocolate, with hints of tobacco and oak. Elegant and alluring. Enjoy with duck, pheasant or turkey.

Pamela Chiles rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This is the Estate tier of Pinot, a notch above the Classic tier, and it shows: sweet spice, cherry and raspberry on the nose and more dried raspberry and savoury notes on the palate, creating nice complexity and allure in the glass. Try it with seared venison loin in cranberry-pinot reduction with wild rice on the side.

This 2012 Reserve Pinot Noir is made from grapes handpicked in the wineries vineyards. More complex than the Henry of Pelham classic tier, this wine has aromas of cranberry, dark cherry, smoke, and spice. The red fruit flavours are refreshing on the palate with a hint of vanilla on the finish that reflects the oak aging. This wine was smooth, although it had slightly less acidity than expected until the finish. Pair with duck and pork pates.
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Pale ruby with pretty aromas of cherry, raspberry, strawberries, baking spices, and smoke. Lovely in the mouth, with medium acidity, silky tannins, and smoky cherry flavours. Gorgeous example of how well Ontario can do Pinot Noir.
Bill Wright Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Lovely smooth with beautiful cherries and smoke.Long lingering sour cherries on the finish.
Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pale ruby color in the glass, hints of leather and earthiness with a palate of sour raspberries, earthiness and lingering cherry finish.
