Quite aromatic (grapefruit, leom, tarragon, citrus soap) although simple on the palate. Light-bodied, simple and fresh. A patio sipper.

Bursting with fresh grapefruit in the glass and on the palate, with a short citrus finish. Would pair well with summer salads with strawberries and goat cheese.

Clear pale - almost watery in colour. Light body and mouth feel. Herbaceous and green apple aromas with high acidity. This is a fairly simple wine that will pair well with most dishes that are not heavy in body; think grilled halibut with a touch of lemon. Tasted November 29, 2016.
