Lovely Cava made for 100% Pinot Noir. Aromas of red cherry, strawberry and rhubarb with a slightly yeasty note. Crisp, dry, and so refreshing. Enjoy with smoked salmon.
Sharon Lécuyer rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Raspberries and strawberries on the nose. Dark pink colour with lots of bubbles, refreshing taste of raspberries. This dry sparkling rosé would be a great sipper at your next brunch.

The pinot noir makes is a different rosé than you would normally have. This is a good one to give a try!

Amazing Pinot Noir Spanish bubbly. The deep pink appearance is 'different' but very crisp clean and exciting! Yummy raspberry, tart red cherry and tangy pink grapefruit flavours. Enjoy with salmon cakes or crab cakes. Tasted May 2018 by @sommsosa | bespoketasting.ca

Thank you Jane Staples! Love a Spanish bubbly. Deep pink but still fresh as a cava, there are notes of wild strawberry, dried apricot, almond. great for salmon.
Jane Staples rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A dry. elegant Rosé Cava made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Bright pink with aromas of ripe cherries and strawberries, repeated on the mouthwatering palate. Cava is served for any celebration in Spain; it' s great with fruit flan or torrone, or for toasting.

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Cava made from 100% Pinot Noir. Fruity and elegant. Medium bubbles with a rich mousse. Gorgeously coloured deep ruby pink. Aromas are vibrant with red fruit. Ripe watermelon, strawberries, red delicious apples and a hint of pink grapefruit citrus. Flavours are refreshing, featuring bright red cherries, sour gumdrops and raspberry lemonade. Hints of earthy spices also featured - a touch of smokey minerals. Medium acidity, and body. Off dry, light and fresh. A lovely pairing with salmon tartare or sushi. Tasted March 2018
Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Gorgeous aromas and flavours of black cherry, yeast, mushroom, strawberry and rhubarb. A touch of fruitiness and density no doubt from the longer contact with the skins. 90 Points. (www.ottawawinejournal.com)
