Sharon Lécuyer rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Beautiful amber colour. Taste filled of orange marmalade, apricot and hints of spice. Pair with a dessert plate of fresh fruit, chocolate, and spiced nuts.

Greg Hughes rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Vidal makes decadent and rich icewine for a good price. It is the progeny of Trebbiano Toscano and Rayon D'or; two workhorse varietals often ised for producing brandies and very tropical table wine.
This icewine is young, but the colour has some beautiful development already - pale gold. If your Vidal icewine ages and the colour darkens, don't despair. Indeed, change in colour actually happens to most wines as they age and Vidal is particularly susceptible. That being said, Vidal generally doesn't cellar as well as Riesling in icewines.
The aromas have a lot of ginger, apricot jam, honey, apple juice, cinnamon, and dried pineapple, orchard blossom.
The flavours are equally tropical, with recurring pineapple, pear, and apricot. There's loads more honey too. One nice thing about Vidal is that it is never overly fruity. It usually has a contrasting spice element that is usually very appealing.
People always pair icewine with dessert, but that is a mistake. Pair it with something to contrast it's concentrated richness. Hot maki rolls, tempura veggies, or cashews work quite well.
