You smell the lees in this creamy Champagne. On the nose, there is rich buttery croissant aromas, as well as baked apple and lots of minerality. On the palate, it is opulent and buttery yet crisp with its bright acidity and fine bubbles. In terms of flavours, we have Granny Smith apple, lemon and mineral notes. Very yummy!

This is an exceptionally complex vintage Champagne which is sure to please. Offering freshly Baked tart-lemon brioche, minerality, a hint of honeydew melon and citrus peel on the palate. Refreshing vibrant acidity, fine bubbles, crisp and refreshing with a long finish and persistence of lemon tart and wet limestone. Pair this with anything or enjoy on its own. A perfect bubbly candidate for a #saberchallenge , generous with aromatics and flavour with a gorgeous mouthfeel. @jonsteeves rated 93/100 - tasted Oct 2016 - www.bespoketastings.ca

Fresh, creamy and complex. This Champagne shows dominant notes of green apple, citrus, brioche, and minerality. It is a touch lighter than expected (medium-light bodied), but it's flavourful and crisp. Enjoy with worthiest of company. Tasted Oct 16. @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca

Pale yellow sparkling wine with aromas of apricot, lemon, white flowers, honey, biscuit, and salt. Lots of fine bubbles, racy acidity and bright flavours of lemon and apricot. The lemon in the finish lingers for ages.
Pair with friends, or keep it all to yourself.
