Natalie's Review

Jacob's Creek Double Barrel Shiraz 2014, South Australia, Australia: Dense, rich and concentrated Australian Shiraz. This wine was matured in French and American oak barrels for 15 months, then for another 3-6 months in old Scotch whisky barrels. This adds a sweet caramelized note to the wine. Pair with a pepper steak. Drink: 2014-2018. 419986 14% MD 750 mL  $19.95 Score: 89/100. August 27, 2016 Best Value Red Wine.  Full Review

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
