Wow - a dazzling sparkler! Quite a whiff of ginger and brioche on the nose with a lovely fine mousse and more apple, citrus and lees-y flavours coming through on the palate. There is a lot of body in this fizz. Bring to your next party!
Lori Kilmartin WSET3 rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Why buy an expensive Champagne when you can drink this lovely sparkling from Prince Edward County! Made in the traditional method this wine has all the qualities that go into a well made quality wine. Beautiful nose of brioche, citrus and apple. Fine perlage with crisp acidity and a lingering finish. Drink with oysters or my favourite - lightly salted potato chips! Tasted April 20, 2016
Courtney Flood rated this wine as 94/100 with the following review:

This wine blew me away! You could mistake this PEC sparkling with a fine champagne any day. Aged 4 years on lees, this wine has crisp green apple, fresh lemon, mushroom, and earthy aged parmesan. The fresh acidity, refreshing tight bubbles, and bold earthiness means this wine can pair with anything from fresh oysters to filet mignon.
Jon Steeves rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Tasted 2011 vintage at #CountyInTheCapital. @jonsteeves rated 90/100. Great acidity, persistence of baked bread and citrus zest. Enjoy on its own or with a gourmet cheese platter.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
