Only 1000 cases of this wine produced.

This wine is fermented in stainless steel, which has contributed to the fresh and stony notes that carry through to this wine’s palate. With citrus on the nose, you begin salivating before you even taste. Extremely clean and austere. This wine has a spicy note attributed to the Pinot Gris grape that helps broaden the palate. The mid-palate glycerol texture and weight continues through to the fresh finish.

This wine retails for $19.75 at the LCBO, a great price-point for a well-made wine like this.

Honeysuckle, stone fruit, mineral, and toasted almonds aromas but citrus and apple on the palate. Smoky honey flavours on the finish. This wine would pair well with salmon or duck.

Light straw colour and bright. A lightly powered nose of pear, yellow plum and floral notes. Some hints of and minerality and white peach. Crisp acidity. Medium body with plum and pear dominating the palate. Medium finish.

A great opportunity to try this with seared scallops with fennel puree and lemon confit.

I'm more used to the exuberance pinot gris from Alsace or New Zealand. This one is more restrained but elegant.Nice salinity and acidity. Nice for shellfish.

Pale straw. Restrained notes of bruised apple, citrus and smoke on the nose and palate. Crisp and vibrant; fairly light though with some weight and fleshy apple notes on the finish. Pleasant. Needs a little time to unwind. Let it sit in your glass a little while and don't serve too cold.
