A fresh crisp clean light bodied Canadian Pinot Gris from Ontario's famous Prince Edward County. Limited edition production with only 450 cases. Green apple and zesty citrus peel aromatics. Pair with pan-fried filet of sole or pickerel. Rated 88/100 Tasted Nov 2016

For those looking for a more full bodied style of PG this is it. Spend the extra $$ and go local with this zesty white.
Lots of citrus peel and pear in the nose leading to fresh green apple and grapefruit in the mouth. A hint of bitterness at the finish which I like. Oak ageing gives this wine roundness but the acidity is pronounced throughout.
Pair with grilled chicken, Asian dishes with ginger and as an apero with raw milk cheeses.
