Monique Sosa rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Here we have a remarkable expression of Pinot Noir from the esteemed Lowery Vineyard in the St. David's Bench sub-appeletion in the Niagara Escarpment. This area boasts a terroir rich in limestone and deep clay soils. This Pinot shows aromas and flvours of cherry, dried cranberry, vanilla and a violet note. The palate shows a refined balance of acidity, fruit concentration and tannins. Enjoy this pinot with braised lamb. Tasted at Taste Ontario Ottawa 2016.
Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A beautiful Pinot Noir! Aromas are intense and include ripe cherry, warm spice, earth and smoke. Medium bodied, flavours are inense and fruit forward on the palate, with the spicy and smoky notes rounding out the flavour. Acidity is nice and balances the flavours and extends the finish. Very enjoyable! Try this with pork or turkey, but would even hold up to a steak.
Jane Staples rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Made from grapes grown in mainly limestone soil, similar to that in Burgundy, a rich Pinot that opens on the nose with ripe red fruit, baking spice and vanilla then tastes surprisingly tart on the palate. Well-integrated, good acidity and long perfumed finish. Plan to buy this one more than once!
